We are looking for a dynamic Head of Grocery & High Street to own the commercial strategy and delivery across all UK Grocery & High Street accounts.

You will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue and margin growth through distribution and instore excellence, whilst leading a high performing sales team and building long term strategic partnerships with our key customers.

With your extensive experience in FMCG commercial roles, a proven ability to manage and optimise full P&L responsibility across multiple retail accounts and strong leadership skills, you will play an integral part in driving business growth.

How You Will Contribute
Strategic leadership:
Lead the strategic development and execution of the Grocery and High Street channel plan, in alignment with overall company objectives.

Utilise category data, shopper insights and competitive intelligence to inform decision making and identify new growth opportunities.

Support NPD launches and drive in-store execution through robust planning and stakeholder alignment.

Building Effective Growth Strategies with

Customers:
Directly manage key customer relationships at a senior level, including JBP’s, commercial negotiations and longer term in store activation plans.

Full ownership of the Grocery & High Street P&L, ensuring delivery of volume, revenue and margin.

Monitor and report on channel performance.

Providing regular updates to the UK Sales Director and wider UK Commercial Team.

Cross functional collaboration:
Work cross functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver integrated customer plans and operational excellence.
