What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, ideally plastics or food packaging
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume production focused on safety, quality and efficiency
- Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
- Track record of building high‑performing teams and fostering a results‑driven culture
- Solid understanding of shift KPIs, operational processes and data analysis for improvement
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (BRC, FDA, ISO), SAP and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Lean, 5S and Six Sigma principles (advantageous)
- Permanent right to work in the UK (site based in Northern Ireland)
Our Offer
Available Shifts: 38 hrs – Double Days (rotating shift pattern) from Monday to Thursday:
- Week 1: 06:00 – 15:30
- Week 2: 14:00 – 23:30
Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
- Health Cash Plan (dental, physio, etc.)
- 5% employer pension contributions
- Extra holiday each year after 5 years’ service
