To operate relevant production machinery from start-up and pack product, achieving target output and efficiency levels, as part of a flexible shift based team.
To ensure high levels of product safety, quality, housekeeping and hygiene are achieved at all times.
To have a focus on continuous improvement and participate as appropriate in continuous improvement activity.
Job Criteria
- 12 months experience in production process, preferably in the relevant technology - e.g. Offset print/Production, basic fault finding, troubleshooting, machine start/stop, settings
- Quality focused

- Possesses good communication skills and have a keen willingness to learn
Working hours and Pay
Working Hours
- Two week rotational pattern
- Early shift (39.5 hours) Monday to Thursday 06.54am - 3.00pm, Friday 06.54am - 2.00pm
- Late shift (36.5 hours) Monday to Thursday 2.54pm – 11.00pm, Friday 2.54pm - 6.00pm
Salary: £12.21 basic pay + £0.9615 shift pay per hour = £500.517 per week
