The key role of the NPD Co‑ordinator is to provide effective administrative support and coordination for the New Product Development (NPD) and Graphics teams, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and the organisation’s overall strategic goals. The successful candidate will make the most of Greiner’s processes, systems, and tools to support project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and company values. This role is centered on building strong relationships and working collaboratively to align NPD and Graphics with Sales and Operations teams through a well‑coordinated, cross‑functional approach. The NPD Co‑ordinator will serve as a role model by demonstrating high standards of administrative skills and delivering results through structured and efficient work methods.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a role requiring daily use of IT systems and admin related tasks
  • Proficient IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Permanent right to work in the UK (site location is in Northern Ireland)

Preferable

  • Knowledge of K3 and IML processes
  • Knowledge or experience within a New Product Development environment
  • Administrative experience within a creative or artistic setting
  • Artistic ability and creative flair
  • Experience working in a continuous improvement environment
  • Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG business

  • Annual salary: £26,500/annum
  • Working hours: 9am – 5pm from Monday‑Friday (38 hours)
