As Shift Manager, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operation leading a talented team of production and warehouse operators, supported by skilled technical staff, to deliver exceptional results. This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, organisation, and problem-solving ability will make a real impact every day. You will drive performance across safety, quality, people, and efficiency, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing or engineering, ideally plastics or food packaging
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a results-driven culture
- Solid understanding of shift KPIs, operational processes, and data analysis for improvement
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (BRC, FDA, ISO), SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma principles (advantageous)
- Permanent right to work in the UK (site based in Northern Ireland)
Our Offer:
- Available Shifts: 38 hrs Double Days (rotating shift pattern) from Monday to Thursday
- Salary & Benefits: £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
- Health Cash Plan (dental, physio, etc.)
- 5% employer pension contributions
