Job Overview

As a Customer Services & Internal Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, building strong relationships and ensuring every customer receives a responsive, professional and high-quality service. You will take ownership of customer orders and enquiries from start to finish, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure orders are processed smoothly, delivered on time and customer expectations are exceeded. Alongside this, you will play an important role in supporting our internal sales activity identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships and contributing to business growth. This is a varied, customer-facing role where your commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships will make a real difference.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths.
  • Experience in an administrative, customer service, sales or client-facing role.
  • Previous experience within a food or food packaging environment.
  • Experience of using SAP.
  • Export sales or customer service experience.
  • Internal sales experience.

Our Offer

  • Factory location in Northern Ireland, therefore you must have a permanent right to work in the UK.
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Annual salary: £30,451 per annum.
  • Monthly Bonus if KPIs are met.
