The school is seeking to appoint a keen and enthusiastic worker to supervise the reflection room between the hours of 8am to 4pm. This is a varied and rewarding role for the right candidate. The post is attached to a 40-week contract.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the reflection room between the hours of 8am to 4pm.
- Coordinate the work that students complete on MS Teams and work with them one-to-one and in small groups, mentoring key students to support and improve their behaviour.
- Provide regular feedback, including weekly data, on the work in the reflection room as part of the pastoral team.
Qualifications:
- Strong behaviour management skills and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
- Experience of working in a secondary school.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- A teaching or relevant SEN/inclusion qualification would be an advantage.
