Role overview
We have a great opportunity for someone to join our UK Customer Service team in a role which will train you to be a Customer Service Specialist, with the potential pathway into sales. Based at our Crewe office, you will learn from our experienced team to develop your skills and progress to a Customer Service Specialist. Additionally, this will also provide training and exposure to our sales group where a route to sales is possible through ‘Inside Sales’ activities which will give you the chance to hone your newly acquired skills to actively engage with potential customers. Typical activities
- Respond to incoming customer calls and email enquiries.
- Process sales orders, credits, returns, and ensure document compliance.
- Partner with internal teams and undertake educational activities to develop your product and process knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to exchange information and update customer information.
- Actively support issue resolution.
- Undertake outbound calls to uncover exciting customer opportunities in partnership with our sales team.
Requirements
- A fast learner who can develop their skills and apply the knowledge in a practical setting.
- Experience in a customer service orientated role would be an advantage.
- Personable and someone who enjoys interacting with people.
- Self-motivated with a sense of accountability.
