Role Description

An opportunity exists in our Core Sales organization for a sales leader looking to further their career in a hyper‑growth, fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving strategic sales initiatives in our Enterprise accounts for the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality (TTH) industry for the UK region.

Your Impact

  • Develop a growing and diverse team of trusted advisors to our customers.
  • Develop the Go‑To‑Market strategy for the team to increase relevance and fuel the expansion of our Salesforce footprint within TTH Enterprise.
  • Support Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other resources.
  • Manage a highly performing team, including recruiting, hiring and training.
  • Build strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce eco‑system.
  • Lead weekly forecast meetings.
  • Drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue‑generating opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop Account Executives on strategies for high closure rates and opportunity identification.
  • Engage at the C‑level in customer organizations.
  • Accurately report sales activity and forecasting to Area Vice President.
  • Consistently supervise and enhance the sales activities of the team.
  • Be an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spirit.

Required Skills

  • Consistent track record in building and managing sales teams.
  • Previous experience in solution sales and selling transformational technology solutions.
  • Experience leading teams selling to Enterprise customers.
  • Strong sales experience with complex customers.
  • People management experience.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix multi‑product sales environment.
  • Prior experience selling complex software solutions to Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Enterprise customers or similar industries.
  • A passion for building a growing and diverse team.
  • Proven ability to create and inspire impactful teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A self‑starter that can excel in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
