Salesforce is leading workforce transformation. We seek a Strategic Account Executive for our Public Sector Health team to drive long‑term growth within the NHS and DHSC.
Key Responsibilities- Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and supporting teams.
- Develop comprehensive account plans mapping the NHS decision hierarchy.
- Quantify operational and financial benefits of solutions in measurable outcomes.
- Lead complex tender responses with certified partners and commercial teams.
- Collaborate with customer teams and lead a cross‑functional virtual Salesforce team for specialist pursuits.
- Typically 35+ years of experience selling into the NHS with a proven track record of hitting high‑value targets.
- Deep understanding of NHS structure, including IHO transition and Arms‑Length Bodies.
- Commercial acumen: build complex business cases and ROI models for senior management and finance directors.
- Excellent communication: translate technical features into measurable outcomes.
- Experience with long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles (typically 6–18 months).
- Extensive direct sales experience with a consistent history of exceeding quota.
- Proven ability to manage a broad partner and advisory firm ecosystem.
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.
- CRM software and applications sales experience.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
