Salesforce is leading workforce transformation. We seek a Strategic Account Executive for our Public Sector Health team to drive long‑term growth within the NHS and DHSC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and supporting teams.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans mapping the NHS decision hierarchy.
  • Quantify operational and financial benefits of solutions in measurable outcomes.
  • Lead complex tender responses with certified partners and commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with customer teams and lead a cross‑functional virtual Salesforce team for specialist pursuits.
Skills & Experience
  • Typically 35+ years of experience selling into the NHS with a proven track record of hitting high‑value targets.
  • Deep understanding of NHS structure, including IHO transition and Arms‑Length Bodies.
  • Commercial acumen: build complex business cases and ROI models for senior management and finance directors.
  • Excellent communication: translate technical features into measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles (typically 6–18 months).
  • Extensive direct sales experience with a consistent history of exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to manage a broad partner and advisory firm ecosystem.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.
  • CRM software and applications sales experience.
  • A degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
