We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive in CPG for one of our major accounts. There is huge opportunity to really make an impact and develop this already highly successful account even further. The scope is endless.
What We Are Looking For
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the CPG market and a well-established C-level network.
- Sales Experience: Minimum 12 years within SaaS / multi solution sales
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand business challenges and articulate the value of Salesforce\’s solutions to address these challenges
- Growth Mindset: A self-starter who is driven, competitive, and eager to achieve significant revenue targets
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross-functional teams to drive results
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining focus on long-term growth
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforces solutions with customer business objectives, supporting retail digital transformation.
- Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in IT, Marketing, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and understand how Salesforces technology can solve key industry challenges like omni-channel commerce, personalisation, AI-driven insights, and operational efficiency.
- Meet and exceed pipeline and sales activity targets, contributing to overall revenue growth for the Retail Vertical.
