Your Responsibilities & Impact:
- Strategy & Execution Partner: Act as a trusted operations and strategy partner and regional strategy and operation lead to the Regional Sales Leader and senior UKI / South & France stakeholders. Own day-to-day execution across forecasting, support pipeline health, coverage, capacity, attainment, and business performance.
- Business Health & Data-Driven Insights: Own regional business health monitoring, proactively identifying risks and opportunities across pipeline, capacity, productivity, and execution. Develop and maintain dashboards, tools, and analysis that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Leadership & Operating Cadence Support: Partner directly with senior UKI / South & France as part of the regional leadership team to run the operating rhythm of the business, including QBRs, performance deep-dives, and executive reviews. Provide clear, actionable insights that influence leadership decisions.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Prepare executive-ready analysis, insights, and presentations that guide regional strategy. Support and lead high-impact ad-hoc initiatives with visibility at EMEA and Global levels.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Own and execute the annual planning cycle for the region, including org and capacity design, account and follower carving, quota setting, and regional investment planning. Ensure execution excellence across planning and performance cycles.
- Forecasting & Process Optimisation: Own the regional forecasting process, including forecast cadence, deep-dives, accuracy improvement initiatives, and executive readouts. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale processes, improving efficiency and data quality across reporting and analytics.
- Financial & Capacity Management: Manage regional headcount visibility, hiring plans, and capacity tracking, supporting recruitment and onboarding readiness. Support and help manage Professional Services, consultant, and discretionary investment budgets for the region.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations ideally within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience across forecasting, pipeline management, capacity planning, and GTM execution.
- Experience building executive-ready reporting and insights using tools such as Tableau, CRM Analytics, or similar BI platforms.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Slides/PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
- Strong ownership mindset proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Experience coaching, onboarding, or acting as a senior point of contact is a strong plus.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or French or Italian is strongly preferred.
