Due to internal promotions and cyclical talent movement at the start of our financial year, we are hiring experienced Account Executives to join our growing Slack sales team. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, identifying key challenges and positioning Slack as a critical solution.
- Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives to co-sell and unlock new opportunities for Slack.
- Lead complex sales engagements with multi-stakeholder buying groups, including C-level decision-makers.
- Craft compelling customer narratives that demonstrate Slack’s transformative impact on collaboration and productivity.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Own the entire sales process—from pipeline generation to negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Salesforce partners to deliver tailored demos and business cases.
- Advocate for Slack’s value differentiation and guide commercial discussions, including pricing and contract negotiations.
- Represent Slack at industry events and share thought leadership insights to inspire customer innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success as a quota-carrying SaaS sales professional with experience meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with a focus on strategic account management.
- Strong ability to articulate value propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs.
- A track record of engaging C-level executives and leading discovery conversations that drive outcomes.
- Pipeline generation expertise, leveraging existing relationships and building new connections to drive opportunities.
- Familiarity with team-selling environments, aligning with Salesforce core AEs and partners.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.

- Achieving an annual quota of $600k-$1M through strategic deals and multi-product sales.
- Generating and managing a healthy sales pipeline with consistent progression and accurate forecasting.
