Your Focus

As our Platform Specialist Sales team expands, we’re excited to welcome passionate individuals who are eager to drive Platform Data Security, Governance and ALM opportunities. If you’re enthusiastic about the potential of AI in enhancing the SF Platform and enriching user experiences, we want to hear from you! You’ll also appreciate the critical importance of Data Security & Privacy, ensuring that sensitive information is protected in all environments.

Your Work

In the role of Platform Account Executive, you’ll unlock the untapped potential of our Platform by collaborating with Account Owners (Core Account Executives) to deliver relevant insights to your accounts. You’ll be responsible for achieving a dedicated quota for Platform Cloud product sales while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Become a go-to expert on our Platform portfolio and its value to customers.
  • Create and maintain a dynamic Territory Plan and contribute to Key Account Plans to set yourself up for success.
  • Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and assist your team in qualifying opportunities.
  • Exceed annual sales quotas by guiding clients through the full sales cycle, addressing their unique challenges.
  • Promote the power of the Platform, sharing customer success stories to illustrate its value.
  • Enable and educate internal teams to identify and qualify Platform opportunities effectively.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Partners and Consultants to align on strategies and solutions.
  • Strategize, negotiate, and close deals to drive mutual success.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and navigating complex deal cycles in SaaS with tenacity and discipline in Enterprise Accounts.
  • Experience in selling similar solutions or a strong understanding of our subject matter across Data Security, Compliance, Governance, Dev Ops and Business Continuity.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies while inspiring others along the way.
  • Strong skills in uncovering customer needs, with a penchant for asking ‘why’ to explore how the Platform can add value.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and Salesforce.
  • A commitment to guiding customers on their Salesforce journey with integrity and support.
  • Skillful in managing multiple priorities while driving both immediate sales and long-term strategic pursuits.
