Shift: Monday - Friday, Days & Nights. Nights start between 15:00hrs - 18:00hrs.
Do you have a UK Class 1 CE Licence? As a Class 1 Driver, you will:
- Ensure all loads are safely and securely fastened using straps, nets, and other securing equipment to prevent movement or damage during transit.
- Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using your company phone to maintain top-notch vehicle safety and reliability.
- Maintain regular communication with the transport office to provide updates on delivery progress and respond to any changes or issues in real time.
- Represent the company professionally at every delivery point, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with store teams.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, including refresher courses and updates on industry regulations, to keep your skills sharp and compliant.
Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence, current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card. Previous experience delivering to retail or commercial sites (preferred but not essential). Good geographical knowledge and route planning awareness.
