Job Description Operations Assistant Location: Inverness Shift: Monday to Friday - 08:30hrs-17:30hrs - Start time may vary to accommodate holiday cover. If "YES" we want to hear from you About the Role As a Operations Assistant, you will: Assist with planning loads (inbound and outbound) delivery for the operation whilst monitoring KPI for delivery on time, shift revenue and vehicle utilisation.
Provide holiday cover for Depot Manager and Transport Operators. Answering all customer queries via email, phone, and face to face. Communicating collection times and delivery bookings with customers. Adherence to policies and procedures within the Business Area. Assist Depot Manager with carrying out Risk Assessments.
Solution driven and flexible approach to your work. MS packages to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Competitive Salary : £31,000 - £35,000 per annum Shift Hours : Monday to Friday - 08:30hrs - 17:30hrs. Overtime : Available.
