Class 1 Tramper Location: Eurocentral

Shift: Monday to Friday

Do you have a UK Class 1 CE Licence? As a result of multiple contract wins and significant fleet growth, we are expanding our driving team and are now recruiting experienced Class 1 Tramper Drivers on a Monday to Friday shift pattern.

About the Role

  • Be willing to stay away from home for four nights per week, with an additional £100 paid weekly for tramping.
  • Complete a range of nationwide deliveries and collections using curtain-side trailers, transporting palletised goods across multiple contracts.
  • Ensure all goods are loaded correctly and securely restrained to prevent movement or damage, using straps, nets, and other suitable securing equipment.
  • Carry out comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using a company-issued phone to maintain high standards of vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Maintain regular communication with the transport team to provide progress updates and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to remain up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices.

Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence, Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card. Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.

Competitive Salary: £41,600 - £45,656 per annum, depending on hours worked. PLUS up to £4,800pa Tax Free night out allowance.

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday with overtime available at weekends.

Overtime: Enhanced rates for working weekends. £16.67ph on a Saturday and £17.27ph on a Sunday.

Training: DCPC training during your employment, Monthly Courses for a variety of areas.
