Job Description Casual Drivers Location : Cullompton Shift : Casual / Zero Hours - no guaranteed work or fixed hours Do you have a UK Class 1 or Class 2 Licence? As a Casual Driver, you will: Carry out vehicle swaps as needed and undertake manual transhipping tasks using roll cages. Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage. Use straps, nets, and other securing devices as needed. Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using your company phone to maintain top-notch vehicle safety and reliability.
Stay in regular communication with the transport team to provide updates on your progress and ensure our customers' expectations are met. Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead with the latest industry standards and best practices. Essential Skills and Qualifications Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence or a UK Class 2 C license. Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
Good geographical knowledge and route planning awareness.

This includes holiday pay. PLUS for all hours worked between 21:00hrs & 04:00hrs, you will receive an additional £2.75 per hour. Shift Hours : Various shifts and start times available.
