You will be responsible for providing first line support to our managers and employees. Supporting our People and Culture Business Team to deliver strategic, professional advice and guidance to our group businesses on all employee relations matters. Provide initial first-line professional advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters. Signpost and transfer employees to other People Culture services where appropriate (ie Talent, People Services Admin, Learning and Development & Payroll, etc). Have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with other People & Culture colleagues to ensure timely and professional delivery. Support managers in managing long-term and short-term absence cases. Support the implementation and communication of People & Culture policies and procedures. Support wider People & Culture initiatives and project, including redundancy, consulted changes and TUPE activities. Production of HR Management Information. Responsibility for document/version control for policies & procedures. Support and work with the Learning and Development team to upskill line managers in People & Culture processes. Requirements: Level 3 CIPD and a minimum of 2 years previous experience in Human Resources. Resilience to provide robust guidance and escalation when required Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Competitive Salary : Β£28,000 per annum - Β£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hours : Monday to Friday 08:30hrs - 17:00hrs.
