This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused technical professional with strong experience in chilled food manufacturing, food safety, and retailer relationship management.
Reporting to the Technical Director, the successful candidate will manage key customer technical accounts with responsibility for food safety, quality standards, complaint management, and technical improvement initiatives across the business. The position requires close collaboration with customers, operational teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure technical excellence and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
- Lead complaint investigations and corrective action processes
