The Role:
As the High Risk Production Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of high-risk production areas, ensuring operational excellence, food safety, and quality standards are met consistently. You will lead a team of supervisors and operatives, driving performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering against KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of high-risk production, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure ready-to-eat products are produced to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with technical, planning, and engineering teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Drive efficiencies, reduce waste, and optimise processes within the high-risk environment.
About You:
- Proven experience as a High Risk Production Manager or similar leadership role in food manufacturing.
- Strong background in ready-to-eat product manufacturing.
- Excellent understanding of BRC, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Package:
- Salary: Up to Β£55,000 depending on experience
