Overview
The Role: As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the engineering function at a flagship Scottish site, driving innovation, efficiency, and world-class standards across engineering operations.
- Lead and develop the site engineering strategy to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers across both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Deliver CAPEX projects to support site growth and technological advancement.
- Ensure robust engineering processes and compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with production, operations, and NPD teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Liquid fill experience within food or drink manufacturing – essential.
