As Group Head of Technical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company’s Food Safety & Quality strategy. You will be a key change agent with influence across a number of countries.

The Role

  • Provide strategic leadership for Food Safety and Quality.
  • Drive the Group Quality vision and strategy, ensuring compliance with international standards and continuous improvement in quality culture.
  • Set Technical standards, policies, and best practice across the business.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Sustainability, R&D and Corporate Affairs to safeguard product integrity and authenticity.
  • Coach and empower Technical and Quality leaders, building capability and accountability at every level.
  • Represent the company externally — engaging with regulators, industry bodies, and key stakeholders to shape best practice.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience leading Quality or Technical functions across multi-site food business as Head of Technical or equivalent.
  • Expertise in Food Safety legislation, risk management and auditing across multiple geographies.
  • Strong background in culture change and Technical maturity programmes.
  • Ability to influence from the factory floor to the executive board.
  • Passion for food, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
