Are you an accomplished engineering leader seeking your next big challenge? We are working exclusively with a leading food manufacturer who are looking to appoint a Head of Engineering to join their senior leadership team at their flagship Scottish site.

The Role
As Head of Engineering, you will:
- Lead and develop the site engineering strategy to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers across both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Deliver CAPEX projects to support site growth and technological advancement.
- Ensure robust engineering processes and compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with production, operations, and NPD teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
To be considered for the Head of Engineering role, you must have:
- Liquid fill experience within food or drink manufacturing – essential.
- Proven track record in a senior engineering leadership position within FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, reliability, and maintenance systems.
