We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to become Head Miller across two flour milling sites just north of London.
This role is key to ensuring consistent product quality, high levels of food hygiene, strong team performance and operational efficiency.
The Role The successful Head Miller will: Lead and coordinate milling operations at both sites, ensuring continuity, consistency, and high performance.
Support shifts in troubleshooting, decision-making, and managing any disruptions.
