You will be the Technical-face of the business, leading the relationship with customers and taking responsibility for audits. The Role As Technical Manager, you will: * Work closely with the production team to ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations * Play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our quality standards. * Be responsible for preparing and leading audits for BRC, customers and statutory bodies. * Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions. * Train and support staff on company quality standards and processes.
