As SHE Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting a proactive culture of Health and Safety on site.
The Role
- Lead and develop the site SHE strategy in line with business objectives and CPC Group standards
- Drive safety leadership and continuous improvement using NEBOSH/IOSH Plan-Do-Check-Act principles
- Manage environmental compliance, including hazardous waste, pollutant monitoring and sustainability initiatives
- Conduct regular health, safety and environmental audits to ensure legal compliance and best practice
- Deliver engaging SHE training programmes, including emergency procedures and workplace safety
The Candidate
- NEBOSH Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline
- Proven experience in a SHE leadership role within manufacturing or food production
- Environmental qualification β IEMA/ISEP, NEBOSH, ISO14001/OHSAS18001 systems management experience
- Producing, communicating, and delivering a sustainability programme to realise the site ambition for 2030
