Overview We are currently partnering with a well-established and innovative food manufacturer based in London who are looking to bring on two talented NPD Technologists. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and play a key role in the development of new, market-leading products. The Role As an NPD Technologist, you will: * Be responsible for driving the development of new food products from concept through to launch. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality, to ensure products meet both consumer demand and regulatory standards. * Lead and support the development of new products in line with market trends and consumer preferences. * Conduct product trials, overseeing formulations, and ensuring successful scale-up in production. * Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and refine products throughout the development process. * Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards at every stage of product development. * Manage the development process from ideation to commercialisation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. The Candidate The successful NPD Technologists will have: * Previous experience as an NPD Technologist within the food manufacturing sector. * A solid understanding of product formulation, process optimisation, and scaling up production. * Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt in dynamic situations. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. * A creative and proactive mindset, eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
