Overview We are currently partnering with a well-established and innovative food manufacturer based in London who are looking to bring on two talented NPD Technologists. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and play a key role in the development of new, market-leading products. If you’re passionate about food innovation and looking to make your mark in the industry, this could be the perfect role for you. The Role As an NPD Technologist, you will: * Be responsible for driving the development of new food products from concept through to launch. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality, to ensure products meet both consumer demand and regulatory standards. * Lead and support the development of new products in line with market trends and consumer preferences. * Conduct product trials, overseeing formulations, and ensuring successful scale-up in production. * Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and refine products throughout the development process. * Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards at every stage of product development. * Manage the development process from ideation to commercialisation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. The Candidate The successful NPD Technologists will have: * Previous experience as an NPD Technologist within the food manufacturing sector. * A solid understanding of product formulation, process optimisation, and scaling up production. * Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt in dynamic situations. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. * A creative and proactive mindset, eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
