As the Hygiene Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing hygiene operatives on shift, ensuring cleaning schedules are delivered effectively, and that the site consistently meets food safety, audit, and customer standards. The successful Hygiene Team Leader will be a confident communicator with strong people-management skills, capable of setting standards, leading by example, and working closely with production and technical teams to minimise risk and downtime.

Key responsibilities include:
