As Facilities Manager, you will keep the site s most precious and important equipment up-and-running. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the maintenance and improvement of the site s kit. The Role The successful Facilities Manager will: * Be accountable for Steam boilers and factory steam distribution system, Compressed air equipment and distribution system, Chilling and HVAC equipment, Building and external area maintenance, Site water systems, Fixed electrical wiring infrastructure, etc. * Support for reducing the site s carbon footprint, working with SHE and Technical managers on energy/emissions initiatives and championing engineering-led carbon reduction projects * Manage reactive and planned maintenance with the site Engineering team, managing facilities equipment contractors and control facilities maintenance spend. * Deputise for the Engineering Manager, complying with and enforce food safety/quality, health
