We are seeking a proven Day Shift Manager with 5+ years’ experience in food manufacturing, who can lead teams effectively while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and performance.
As the Day Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, managing team leaders and operatives, and ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
The successful Day Shift Manager will bring strong people-management skills, a hands-on leadership style, and a solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement. You’ll be confident making decisions, driving standards, and acting as a role model on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating production teams on the day shift
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
