As Quality Manager, you will report into the Technical Manager and be responsible for leading the site's quality agenda, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of food safety, legality, and quality. You'll be the glue between technical and operations, playing a critical role in ensuring that best practices are consistently maintained while also being commercially aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the quality team to uphold and improve site standards in line with BRCGS, customer, and legal requirements.
  • Act as the bridge between the Technical and Operations teams, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the production process.
  • Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Lead site preparation and participation in third-party and customer audits.
  • Champion a culture of food safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.
