A Multi-Site Technical Manager opportunity for a business recently acquired by a leading, international food manufacturer. This position is an exciting challenge for the right candidate to operateacross two of the business\’ UK sites, with an illustriouspackage to match.

The Role

As Multi-Site Technical Manager, you will:

  • Oversee technical and quality compliance across multiple sites.

  • Lead BRC and customer audit preparations, ensuring continued accreditation.

  • Manage and mentor site technical teams to foster a high-performing culture.

  • Liaise with major retail customers, managing technical expectations and relationships.

  • Drive continuous improvement in quality systems, food safety, and hygiene.

  • Lead crisis management and incident investigations where required.

  • Ensure full compliance with legislative and customer requirements.

The Candidate

The successful Multi-Site Technical Manager will have:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Significant experience in a senior technical role within the food manufacturing sector.

  • Experience managing or supporting multiple sites.

  • Strong knowledge of BRC standards, HACCP, food safety legislation, and retailer codes of practice.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel to different sites across the UK.
