The Role As interim Quality Services Manager, you will: Lead and manage the technical services team, ensuring the effective support of production, quality assurance, and R&D teams. Oversee the technical processes across production, ensuring all systems, processes, and products comply with relevant food safety standards and certifications such as BRC, HACCP, and ISO. Develop and implement technical procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to resolve technical issues and improve product specifications. Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for any product quality issues or customer complaints. Support the NPD (New Product Development) process by providing technical expertise in the development of new products and improvements to existing lines. Ensure that all technical documentation, including specifications, certifications, and records, are maintained and up to date. Monitor and analyse key technical performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that quality and operational standards are being met, reporting results to senior management.
