Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate NPD Technologist to join a reputable food manufacturing company near Chester. As part of a dedicated team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative food products, playing a pivotal role in helping the company stay ahead of market trends and meet customer demands. The Role As Graduate NPD Technologist, you will: Assist in the development of new and existing food products, ensuring they meet both customer and regulatory specifications. Supportthe NPD team with product trials, from the kitchen through to production scale-up, ensuring products meet quality, taste, and cost targets. Conductresearch into food trends, ingredients, and technology to help shape the development of innovative products. Collaboratewith internal teams such as production, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure products are developed and launched smoothly. Ensureall new products comply with food safety, nutritional, and labeling regulations. Assistwith the preparation of product specifications, testing, and documentation for new product launches. Monitorthe performance of launched products and supportimprovements or adjustments as needed. Supportthe senior NPD Technologists with any ad-hoc tasks related to the development process.
