Our client is a Precision Engineering company located near Camberley in Surrey. They are looking to recruit a part time Production Customer Services Support person to join their friendly team. This is a part time, 2 days in-house role, salary £30,000 to £32,000 pro rata.
Main Purpose:
Lead, communicate and plan the Customer and sub-contractor communication in line with the Budget commitment. The role is crucial in owning and delivering great communication to both sets of people so all are informed and engaged in us delivering great customer service. Maintaining excellent records and reports in line with Customer Requests.
Previous experience required:
- Experience of working in a Quality / Production / Engineering Environment.
- Aerospace industry experience preferred but not essential, but must have other similar manufacturing environment experience.
- Ability to maintain and improve the quality management systems.
- Good communicator at all levels.
- Tenacious and thorough with great attention to detail.
- Methodical, proactive, creative, problem solver and a self-starter.
- Diplomatic but firm when dealing with customers, sub-contractors.
