Responsibilities
- Shop floor management: motivate and train the shop floor team.
- Coordinate workload and job running.
- Update load list, production working orders, and related documentation.
- Set and run machinery including sliding and fixed head CNC machines (Fanuc controls), lathes, drilling/tapping.
Qualifications
- Experience as a CNC Engineer or similar background.
- Proficiency with Fanuc‐controlled CNC machines, lathes and drilling/tapping equipment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work a 37‐hour week, Monday‐Thursday.
