Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 pro rata / £15 to £16 per hour plus benefits.

Our client is a Precision Engineering company located near Camberley in Surrey. They are looking to recruit a part time Production Customer Services Support person to join their friendly team. This is a part time, 2 days in-house role, salary £30,000 to £32,000 pro rata.

Main Purpose:

  • Lead, communicate and plan the Customer and sub-contractor communication in line with the Budget commitment.
  • The role is crucial in owning and delivering great communication to both sets of people so all are informed and engaged in us delivering great customer service.
  • Maintaining excellent records and reports in line with Customer Requests.

Previous Experience Required:

  • Experience of working in a Quality / Production / Engineering Environment.
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred but not essential, but must have other similar manufacturing environment experience.
  • Ability to maintain and improve the quality management systems.
  • Good communicator at all levels.
  • Tenacious and thorough with great attention to detail.
  • Methodical, proactive, creative, problem solver and a self-starter.
  • Diplomatic but firm when dealing with customers, sub-contractors.
