Heat Treatment Operator – Requirements: * Work experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. * Experience operating industrial heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, planning documents, process specifications and work instructions. * Knowledge of aerospace heat treatment standards and processing requirements. * Ability to accurately record and maintain process documentation and production records. * A good communicator, able to build positive relationships with both colleagues and customers. * A professional and proactive individual who takes personal responsibility for resolving problems and delivering results on time.
