CNC Turner Setter Programmer Salary – up to £46K plus bonus, overtime and pension, plus many other benefits.
Location – West Byfleet.
Our client is a successful global engineering manufacturing company.
They are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join their manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components to tight tolerances, often working with exotic and high-performance materials.
This role requires a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a high-spec engineering environment.
This role reports to the Machine Shop Manager.
Workshop-based precision machining environment.
PPE is required at all times.
Overtime and shift work may be required depending on workload.
Skills Experience required for the role of CNC Turner
Setter
Programmer: Proven experience as a CNC Turner.
Experience machining exotic materials and difficult alloys.
Ability to machine complex components to tight tolerances.
CNC programming experience.
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD T.
Understanding of tooling and machining strategies.
Experience with inspection and quality processes.
Strong attention to detail.
