ABOUT OUR ROLE
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will help prepare meals, snacks, and drinks for residents within the guidelines set by the Home Manager and Chef/Cook. You will promote the philosophy of choice, rights, and fulfillment for all residents, getting to know their preferences to ensure they enjoy their dining experience.

ABOUT YOU
You should be comfortable in an elderly care setting, with a caring and sensitive approach to residents.
No prior formal catering experience is required, as training will be provided. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is helpful. We seek someone passionate about cooking, maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards, with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
You should be confident engaging with elderly residents to understand their needs and enjoy working as part of the team.
