About The Role: As a Class 2 Driver, you will:
- Make multi-drop, palletised deliveries to business and private addresses around the Southwest.
- Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring load security.
- Work closely with the network hubs.
- Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using your company phone to maintain top-notch vehicle safety and reliability.
- Stay in regular communication with the transport team to provide updates on progress and ensure customers' expectations are met.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Essential Skills And Qualifications:
- Must hold a UK Class 2 C Licence.
- Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Experience delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Confident, polite, and a team player.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
