About the Role
- As a Class Driver- Milk Transhipment, you will:
- Take on the fulfilling task of delivering fresh milk to the dairy, ensuring delivery is timely and efficient.
- Engage in a variety of driving experiences, from mostly rural routes through scenic countryside to motorway journeys.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made on time, adhering to our client's requirements with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Maintain constant communication with the transport team, providing updates on your progress and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Must have a UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence.
- Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Working to deadlines.
- Confident, polite and a team player.
- Good geographical knowledge.
