Job Description: We are looking for a Stock Controller to support warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries, managing driver bookings and documentation, and ensuring smooth dispatch processes while liaising with teams, customers, and transport providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control the access and exit of third-party drivers, always ensuring site safety and compliance.
- Book in drivers and accurately manage all delivery and collection documentation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with Team Leaders across shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, Customer Services, and transport providers.
- Manage the dispatch and release of outbound orders in line with operational requirements.
- Provide regular updates and report into the Stock.
