Job Description: We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate a team of operatives daily, resolving issues as they arise and escalating matters when necessary.
  • Operate Ride-on PPT and Pivot Steer equipment to safely load and unload palletised goods from vehicles, including placing pallets into racking systems.
  • Conduct routine checks across the warehouse, including inspections of staff, MHE, and equipment to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Oversee picking operations within your designated area to maintain safety standards and achieve performance targets.
