About the Role
- Coordinating customers and assisting in the safe loading of customer vehicles as part of shunting duties.
- Liaising with customers in person and over the phone to support the smooth execution of delivery operations.
- Master the art of load security with ratchet straps and part manual handling, ensuring every delivery is safe and secure.
- Keep in constant contact with the transport team, offering updates on your progress and ensuring our customers' expectations are consistently met.
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices, continuously improving your skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence, ready to take on the open road with confidence.
- Possess a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card, ensuring you're always compliant and prepared.
