Role Responsibilities: As a Class 1 Multidrop Driver within our pallet-network operation, you will play a key part in ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading vehicles in line with company and pallet-network safety standards.
- Delivering to and collecting from customers - providing excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Maintaining regular communication with the Transport Team, providing progress updates and helping us manage customer expectations.
- Attending scheduled training sessions to keep skills and certifications up to date.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused driver who can represent our brand professionally on the road and at customer sites:
- A full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- Previous multidrop experience is beneficial, particularly within pallet networks, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A strong commitment to outstanding customer service and building good relationships on every route.
- Ability to work to time-critical deadlines while maintaining safety and accuracy.
- Confident, polite, and a team player with strong communication skills.
- Solid geographical knowledge and confidence navigating a variety of delivery locations.
- Physically fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated, with a positive attitude to a busy and varied working day.
