We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team at our Eurocentral office. This position will be central to the daily administrative operations and will involve a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the department. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support across the business. Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date. Handle communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence. Organise and manage files, documents, and office supplies. Support the planning and coordination of meetings and schedules. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Perform routine office tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing. Contribute to the smooth operation of office systems and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues to support team and business needs. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling information.Required Experience: Previous experience of working in a transport or warehouse environment is advantageous. Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload. Attention to detail. Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
