Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Administrator to support operations, focusing on coordinating ferry bookings to and from Ireland and managing related correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage ferry bookings to and from Ireland, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all Ireland related correspondence, liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Complete, update, and issue control sheets accurately and in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain up to date records, trackers, schedules, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team, supporting day to day operations.
