Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Distribution and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our new state of the art chilled warehouse facility at our Eurocentral site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation, supporting the day shift in a temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of operatives, managing performance and resolving operational issues.
  • Operate and oversee MHE (Ride‑on PPT / Pivot Steer) to support goods in/out and stock movement.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs, driving productivity and addressing underperformance.
  • Ensure on‑time order fulfilment, working closely with transport teams to maintain operational flow.
  • Carry out compliance checks on staff, MHE, and equipment, reporting and managing any defects.
  • Enforce Health and Safety regulations.
